I enjoyed this book even more than Flood. It was so interesting and exciting with lots of unexpected things happening. I enjoyed the story of the flood from a different perspective of the candidates fighing for a spot on the space ship and the journey to another planet was amazing. Great characters and plot. I didn't want it to end and I hope he makes a 3rd book in this series! x

Carries on the story where Flood left off, but from the Ark point of view. it covers the project from start to launch and follows the Canditates through their adventure to Earth II. Expertly written as always, with plenty of human interest woven into the science fiction. Definately a must for any Baxter fan, especially if you read Flood!
