“Totally charming”
(Hardback)
by Margo
I loved this book! It's charming, witty and completely addictive. I had to read on to find out what happened to the characters. Rowell's writing is engaging and confident. Highly recommended, superior quality chick-lit.

This is a great story. I didn't put want to put it down until it was finished. I would recommend this book to any of my friends even the men as its based mainly around a guys feelings. You cant help but fall for Lincoln he has to be a girls dream guy..
“Beautifully written...”
(Paperback)

Lincoln is very much the kind of cute nerdy loner guy who is looking to settle down and build a life of his own instead of living at home with his mother feeding him up with her gourmet meals! Don't be mistaken though, despite him still living with his mum he is definitely boyfriend material..especially as he's attending the gym every day (I wonder why that could be- hehe!). If you adore Eleanor & Park and Fangirl, again you will adore this novel just as much! Again I fell in love with the main character Lincoln who is incredibly sweet, and made me very emotional throughout the book with his romantic adorableness. If anything I blame Rowell for my high expectations of men! So obviously I gave this book a 5 star rating on Goodreads, it is simply a quirky, funny, cliche cute, romantic, emotional, feel good book that every girl needs to read. Rainbow Rowell makes me want to be a character in her world, although you may think of her writing to be cliche- cliche can be very welcoming during the summer months to give you them positive vibes and general happiness that this month gives you! I don't have much else to comment on this novel other than you should read it because its beautifully written and its a book I could read again and again :)
“Voyeurism at it's best!”
(Paperback)
by Taran Baker at Milton Keynes Mid Place
All of Rainbow Rowell's novels have blown me away and this is no different! Rowell introduces Beth and Jennifer through the censored emails that Lincoln reads during his night shift as Internet Security Supervisor; as their daily drama unfolds upon his screen he finds himself addicted to the lives of these two women he has never met and starts falling in love as the months go on. This story of a man who doesn't know what he wants in life, until he realises it isn't something he is going to find during a night shift at a Newspaper in Nebraska, is delightful and surprising. And once again Rowell makes us fall for the underdog. Perfect if you loved Eleanor and Park and any John Green novel.
