I would recommend this book for anyone studying an English based subject at University. I was studying English Literature and it came in use for most of the courses I took. Whether it was a tiny reference for a method of critical thinking, or a whole section that made it easier to understand journal articles I heavily relied on this book recommended to us by professors.
