Bob Mayer is one of my favourite writers so I make no apologies for my high ratings. Due to the large amount of books he has done I'm going to do series reviews for sets of books and individual reviews for the single or shorter series. The line is actually a standalone novel but is included in the umbrella title of shadow warriors/black ops with a few other solo novels. The story of a shadowy organisation within the USA military planning a coup is a good one. I enjoyed this book and as usual it was very well written. The characters are good and it's an action packed thriller. There were quite a few typos in this one but it didn't stop me enjoying it.
