I loved this. Such a good overview of contemporary art that made me want to read a lot more nonfiction in graphic format! I really liked the art style and the explosion motif throughout and the timeline appendix and the variety of how the different stories and histories were told. I feel more knowledgeable about lots of different artists now.

I absolutely loved this! I usually find nonfiction books about art pretty dull—my brain just turns off. But this was so creative and engaging! I really hope more nonfiction topics get adapted into graphic novels like this. It feels genuinely revolutionary!
