REVIEW When Sacha Brighton travels to her family's cabin/mansion for her sister's Christmas Eve wedding, she's not expecting to meet an intriguing wedding planner. Hal Halliday had a huge crush on Sacha at school. As they become reacquainted, neither can deny their attraction. This was such a cute sapphic holiday romance. I loved Sacha from the start. She was a bit of a hot mess express, but that only made her more lovable. Meanwhile, Hal was so wonderfully ordered and thoughtful (and her style was impeccable). I immediately loved their connection and how each took care of the other at different points in the story. Their chemistry was palpable and I really loved Sacha's toast, and also adored the entire cookie-baking chapter which was hilarious but also so sweet. There were some fun supporting characters. I wasn't sure about Alexis at the start, but she grew on me. I particularly loved how protective she was of Hal. I absolutely ADORED Grams, she was such a hoot, and gave brilliant advice. Sacha's parents and the best man were obnoxious. I cackled laughing at Hal's family's dogs though. If I have one tiny criticism, it's that I felt the ending was quite sudden and I wished we'd experienced a bit more of Hal's family. That said, the epilogue was ADORABLE.
