Dead Man Walking by David Green David Green's Nick Holleran brings out the best in my love of detective noir (Chandler, Hammett et al) and combines it with a healthy dose of occult fiction. It's done extremely well and my only complaint is that I want more! As things were left on something of an open ending, I am very hopeful that my wish will be granted and Nick Holleran will ride again!
