Frontman of The Screaming Trees and sometime member of Queens Of The Stone Age, Mark Lanegan led a chaotic and adventurous life. A cult hero without whom bands like Nirvana and Nine Inch Nails wouldn't exist and the grunge movement would have been a very different thing. Loved by many and now mourned by many, this is a short memoir about Lanegan's battle with COVID and Long Covid in an Irish hospital. Weeks spent in a coma and the after effects of a life long struggle with drug addiction, this isn't pretty but it has a raw power and beauty to it that is like nothing else.
