We were lucky enough to be gifted this game and it was so much fun. I didn’t know what to expect from the box but the rules were clear and the set up was very easy. This game makes you think and it’s great for homing observation skills and opening up your imagination. 5 of us played. Myself, an adult and 4 children ranging from 8-14 years old. The fact that it’s for up to 8 players is a huge plus as a family of 7 in the house. Myself and most of the children have some sort of neurodiversity (autism etc) and I did wonder if the concept of the game would be something we might struggle with but it was the opposite. After a few turns we realised what to do and it was a very close game with lot of fab ideas from the children as to what cards could be described as. The game didn’t take too long to complete either meaning that no one got tired or overstimulated. All in all a great game and it’s earned a spot on our main gaming shelf!

This board game is great. Great graphic design and easy to understand. You need to be clever but not too clever, you need to be obvious but not obvious at the same time! It works better with more players but we played with 3 and it worked great, much to my annoyance I was beaten by my 7 year old (and quite comfortably as well!) We've played more strategic games with our kids recently (ticket to ride and azul) but this is refreshingly different. You need an imagination. The best bit is explaining why you chose certain cards! Gives you a real insight into your children's minds!

I was dubious at first as the scoring for the game seemed so confusing but after just a couple of turns we all had it memorised. This is such a fun game with beautifully illustrated picture cards and is suitable for the whole family-young and old. I love that you can buy add on cards to the game too.

My kids and my family loves playing Dixit whenever we get together for a meal, and we always take it on others house for more fun. This is game discover new ways of imagination and storytelling. Kids used own brain and thinking about in their imagination that is great for them. Play a board game with anyone is best time we spend with each other. Everybody has a story to tell. Do it in a very simple and accessible way and create lovely memories. We create best story by taking turns as the storyteller, choose a picture and give a subtle clue for it. This is trick to mislead other competitors they want to tell story but not all, players to guess correctly! That is real fun

This really was a fun and imaginational game our family loved to play. Easy to set up and play, with beautifully illustrated cards. Great way to get the family together and spend quality time with out being frustrated. Truly gets the imagination working. Well recommend!
