Do No Harm is a fast-paced thriller set in New York and featuring Lucas Page, an astrophysicist, polymath, former FBI agent, and university professor with scarce social skills and state of the art prosthetics that are the result of injuries from a past investigation. His wife Erin is a surgeon and, during a medical gala, Lucas discovers that, in the last year, a high number of doctors have died. Their deaths have been declared accidents or natural causes, but Lucas sees a pattern in their deaths and he is convinced that there is a serial killer out there and they need to stop him before he kills again. This is the third novel in the Lucas Page series, but it can easily be read as a stand alone. I haven’t read the previous novels, but I had no problem following the narrative. All in all, I enjoyed the story, it’s thrilling and suspenseful, and I found the character of Lucas fascinating and interesting. Perfect for all crime fans!
