This book isn't a traditional King novel, it takes a very different tone to most of his books! Not a horror at all, but a wonderfully bizarre story of a man who loses weight with his body staying the same. I really enjoyed the read, something very different! I would highly recommend!

Stephen King has an incredible ability to create characters I care about deeply, even in a story that is just over 100 pages. I read Elevation in a single sitting - it left me feeling elevated.

Have read and enjoyed plenty of King's books over the years, but I particularly liked this one as it was a little different from many of them. Great storytelling as always, but an usual main plot
