I was slightly disappointed with this book in that it wasn't as in depth as I had hoped for. There are some good photographs and are well shown, but I was looking for an autobiography on Eric Burdon, not just a picture book with some text. It seems to me that Eric should have a great story to tell, being about during that great era of music, Monterey, Jimi Hendrix, re-locating to California and riding the highways on a Harley. It would've been great to read how these dots were joined together. If you accept this book for what it is, then you won't be disappointed.
