What a brilliant book. I am a midsummer murder fan and to get a book that takes you through the locations and characters was fantastic. As I am going to visit family in the u.k. This year this has provided me with the locations to visit. The book is really well written. It covers the locals and characters really well. It shows the scenery as it really is and the people of the villages in their daily lives. It shows the main villages outside of the film crews when the people live and work. I would recommend this book both to fans of the show and to fans of the English countryside. I would readily give this book 5/5.
