I had already read the previous "Gone" series of books, before I bought "Fear" and could not put any of them down once I started to read them. They all took me two days to read and "Fear" was no different. I wanted to know how it all ended so bought the last book as a hardback, number 6 in the series called "Light" that was also read in two days. I don't know why these were categorised as children's books because I am nearly 73 and these are for everybody. If they were ever made into a film I don't think children would be allowed to watch them, with some of the horrific things that happened in the so called "fayze".

Sometimes when you get to the 5th book in a series the book can get lame and repititive. Not this one! Another astonishing book by Grant 5 star cover to cover in lightspeed!

I love this series and Fear didn't disappoint. While it may not have had the battles and action scenes, it had many unexpected surprises, the usual suspense and answered some of my questions. I can't wait to read the last book, Light, but I'm sad this great series is ending.

Action-packed and never got bored of it. Can't wait for the next book.
