Andy and his daughter Charlie have special powers which developed from government testing but they are now on the run from the sinister operatives of the government. King does not often write science fiction but he usually pulls it off and Firestarter is no exception. This is an exciting, frightening adventure. Sci-fi fans will enjoy this, as would fans of thrillers.
