Reviews: Flush (1)
“Beautiful”
(Paperback)
Arguably one of Woolf’s best, and most under appreciated, works. A truly captivating story about the life of a dog, Flush. Woolf has an incredible way of describing not only a scene, but the emotions within that scene as well. This book, whilst still capable of being flawed, had me captivated. I was at the edge of my seat, waiting impatiently, for what would happen next every chapter. My grandma once told me a good book is one that can make you laugh, cry, shake, and stay up all night pondering it; this book did exactly that.
