I had not read Robin Hobb until Fools Errand, what an extraordinary talent, REALLY annoying, I have other things to... I really ought... I must...Oh - just another 50 pages then...

Really good to see Fitz and the Fool back up to their old tricks ... and some new ones.

We return to the Six Duchies for another trilogy following Fitz and the Fool, based after the events of the Liveship Traders trilogy. Robin Hobb writes yet another faultless, beautifully-written book that will completely immerse you and, at times, tug on your heartstrings. Fitz and Nighteyes are several years older than when we last encountered them, but remain the same wonderful, engaging characters that they have always been. Just beautiful.
