"Genesis" is the first novel I have read from Karin Slaughter and I thought it was absolutely brilliant. The suspense lasted all throughout the novel and with the developments of each character - it made for a thrilling read. The characters were excellently thought-out and I couldn't help but like them despite their faults and differences. I am now off to read more of this author's novels and learn much more of the lives of Sara Linton, Will Trent and Faith Mitchell. Fantastic!!!

This is another gripping thriller from Karin Slaughter - very gruesome and full of nasty little twists in the plot. I really like Karin Slaughter's latest characters, especially because they are so flawed - it makes for interesting reading when the detectives aren't just your standard brilliant maverick type.
