Genuinely incredible book that takes the shame out of having difficulty with personal and domestic care tasks, e.g. laundry/tidying/hygiene etc. It reminds the reader that these tasks are morally neutral. Doing them is not morally superior. Not doing them is not a moral failing.It is one of the few books that recognises its neurodivergent readers, and is formatted in an engaging and readable way, e.g. parts that will be most useful for adhd readers who might be tempted to skim are bolded.I read it a long time ago but still think about it often.
