Another good book from Sam stone. I've bought the hardcover collected edition but as I'm taking my time reading the books I'll review them individually. kat lightfoot returns in this poe-inspired tale, the fifth book in the series. The story picks up from the last book and continues to expands on events and character developments. As usual it's very well written by Sam and can be devoured in one sitting. I don't give plots away but this is another excellent tale by a great writer. It's beautifully written with great central characters. One thing, it's a small independent publisher so the books aren't cheap but they are very well made. There are very few typos in the hardcover complete lightfoot with so far more in the second volume than one and five. Being a small publisher the individual paperbacks are pricey as they have smaller print runs and even though the cover art really enticed me I went for the collected hardcover, it's still expensive but you do save a fair bit over buying individually. It's well worth the money
