This is the cookbook I am currently recommending to everyone. So many excellent, doable recipes including Pepper Tofu, Reef Chicken, Corn Chowder, Mango Chow and Ginger Drizzle. I already have good banana bread and mac and cheese recipes but have to admit Marie's are better. Lots of photos and an interesting text- makes a perfect gift for friends interested in good food.
