Order was placed in October 2022 and only received one order status update in Dec22 for the delay. But then checked again in April, the order got cancelled without any notification? Should I be informed about the cancellation and offered any help for getting a copy of this book by Waterstones? If this book is never available to customers, why the website still let you order it now? Poor customer service and lack of stock status information on website. Very disappointed
