Reviews: Maths — No Problem! Multiplication and Division, Ages 7-8 (Key Stage 2) (49)
“Maths at home”
(Paperback)
This is an amazing book to teach your child at home, on a one to one , as in the classroom it can be over whelming with 26 children, and you can do this with your child in a quiet environment and they can practice to catch up or to learn to be ahead , this book is so easy to understand the maths set out , as a parent I learnt from it aswell as children learn the maths curriculum different today
“Fun and Engaging Maths”
(Paperback)
This is a gem of a book! My eldest was worked her way through the book as soon as it arrived. She was drawn in by the bold colours and picture examples which helped her to visualise the steps. Each section builds upon the previous and there’s practice examples to work through before tackling the main questions. My youngest was intrigued by this book so we’ve purchased the age 4-6 version along with ages 6-7. My eldest asked for the other books in the set which we bought, in addition to buying the next age up. Great resource! I wish I had such an excellent book when I was in school!
“Brilliant”
(Paperback)
These books are just brilliant, my 7 year old has thoroughly enjoyed doing all the different activities in it which is helping him especially with his multiplication its lovely and bright and has plenty in them, I love the fact it showed him an example of his 1st page and even showed him how to get his answer.
“Really useful”
(Paperback)
I found this book really useful in seeing where my seven year old son’s knowledge was and by following the step by step explanations with colourful pictures he has really taken in a lot of new information and seems more confident in approaching maths problems now.
“A star in maths.”
(Paperback)
This book is amazing - a little gem. It is well written and easy to follow. The simple clear explanation of examples was great. The collection of questions to solve were clear and full answers with explanations was brilliant. The book is so well written it would be an asset to any child. So many children fell behind through the last few years and I would recommend parents to source these books out and give their children a boost.
