It was a birthday present from my husband. Got the first two parts of "Max Field". This is part 1. Part 2 is evaluated separately. A great book to switch off. Got me full. Exciting characters and pictorially described true locations. The book is based on the real Elvis written with a lot of empathy. I fell in love with the protagonists. Roman takes place in 1970 and reflects the Las Vegas from back then. As a passionate Elvis fan, I was able to discover many of his character traits in Elwis without him being denigrated. Lets him come back to life. The female counterpart is absolutely great hit. A woman with quirks and a big heart who turns Elwis‘ head. You can easily put yourself in this time. Novel showed al lot of feeling but is also exciting and very tingling... The conclusion makes you curios about part 2.
