I bought this book on the strength of reading 'The Universe has your back'. I like Gabrielle's philosophy in life and any book suggesting ways to make you happier can't be a bad thing! I like the step by step approach of the book and whilst I haven't finished it yet, and am by no means perfect, I find myself slowly changing my mindset which I guess is the point.
