I have had this book for a few days and it seems to be what I am looking for, except for one very important thing, where is the URL for the website to download the code??? I had hoped to see a URL for that somewhere obvious but it ain't . If someone who knows about this reads this and has access to my e-mail address I would love to know what it is... or what page of the book it is found on!!!!!

As I work my way through this book, I am astonished at the number of mistakes there are in the text. I am compiling a list of these and I shall be contacting the publisher shortly. I have a considerable amount of experience in programming so feel I am competent to make a judgement. Were I an "absolute beginner" I might accept the errors as being correct as they are in a published book, which might prove confusing. This book costs £30 so it is not cheap. Finally, this is the fourth edition. It should be pretty well perfect by now, surely?
