Having loved the Milkman, I was delighted to come across this little story... but sadly I found it a little strange and just not what I was expecting.

Mildly amusing for a few pages, at most, then nothing better than irritating the rest of the way. She might well be a talented writer - apparently she's won big literary prizes - but this is a waste of time.
