I very much wanted to give my grandson a good book for Christmas so chose a HARDBACK copy of the eyewitness Mummy. Following a great many hours ringing the local Waterstones suppliers and on line services. Was assured I would be receiving what I had ordered. When it arrived it was in a PAPERBACK version. I telephoned the online customer service desk who apologised for my disappointment and offered me a small refund. I have not received it to date. They also said they would amend the incorrect information on their website. They have not done this. So to avoid disappointment only order this item if you want a PAPERBACK version.
