“Delicious recipes and great variety”
(Hardback)
by Alice Rowan
These guys take the perceived stress out of vegan cooking with a fantastic variety of delicious recipes, all created (as the title suggests) in a single pot. There are fantastic recipes for your sweet tooth, light lunches, and delicious dinners. I’ve had the book for three days and have already made two recipes, with another 2-3 planned this week. I’m vegetarian, heading more and more towards Veganism, and books like this really help along the way. Easy to follow, delicious recipes, and there’s even a nutritional information index in the back - not something you see in many cook books!
“My favourite vegan cookbook”
(Hardback)
by Katie McNab
I have a bazillion vegan cookbooks (I may have a problem), but this modest little book is my favourite. Simple, delicious, accessible, and minimal washing up - perfect. Very little in the way of expensive specialist ingredients. Just regular fruit, veg, beans and grains plus a load of herbs and spices. There is barely a recipe I don't want to make or eat. I've made around half of them so far and not been disappointed yet. Great for beginners or long term herbivores.
