Reviews: One Tiny Cry (1)
“Great Read!”
(Paperback)
by Diane Elizabeth Taylor
In "One Tiny Cry" we meet Darla, who's dragged back to a past she'd rather forget after a private investigator finds her. She must unravel the cryptic clues left by her late friend, a quest that puts her at odds with almost everyone she knows. The slow building tension and atmospheric writing create an exceptional experience, while all the characters were well fleshed out and relatable. Darla's determination is relentless and I was rooting for her while she navigated a world where nobody can be trusted. The race to the end had me turning the pages into the night, and the explosive finale and final twist was excellent, with all loose ends tied up as neatly as a gift wrapped pot plant. I received an advance copy of this book and this is my own opinion.
