I started to read this book, not a story but of truth, a book of indepth sadness, of pain and suffering . But as I read more and more I couldn't put it down, it was like rebirth from the same Man but his journey transformed into Enlightenment, into truth, into what each and everyone strive to find daily in our lives, Healing, love, forgiveness, an understanding that our answers and our way of truth are within, so simple it is us that cause so much pain and suffering on ourselves, then we put it onto others. I can not recommend this book enough, it's a way of life which every soul should find, so easy to live by . I have read it but there are parts I have hilighted especially re the energy points, how we should treat ourselves. Gifts will be this book to friends and family. A must read

Long winded, Sad and Depressing. A hard read even for me. A tall tale that is simply hard to believe and not worth the read.
