A really informative and highly readable biography that introduced me to three of the four women composers covered. ( I had already found Dame Ethel Smyth.) Incredible research by Leah Broad. I have truly gained by pursuing and finding recordings of all four composers. A great introduction to some wonderful music. I hope venues will also respond by programming more the work of their works..
