I listened to the audiobook as I read along and was completely captivated. ~ I loved the narrator, she was a perfect choice. Her portrayal of the different characters, their personalities and accents were brilliant. She truly brought them to life, especially Bonnie, Bella’s mum, it captured her kind, sweet ditziness brilliantly. Her narration also made it so I could easily visualise all the amazing magic that was created, the book store, how the characters looked and the phenomenal scenes that took place at Hecate house. I absolutely adore audiobooks and will be adding Evie Hargreaves to my list of fave narrators. The story itself is wonderful and here are some of the aspects I loved. *Love the reading of her letter *The spells and riddles are cute & clever (clever magic system as a whole). *I looooove Artorius Day. So adorable & lovely. The voice accentuates his personality. *i didn’t expect to get teary *And, of course I loved Rune, Ariadne & Bella. ~ “Solo spinsterhood! lol Brilliant! *I really enjoyed the interview with the author & the narrator at the end.

Rewitched is one of my top reads of this year! I adored Belladonna and I loved living through her journey with her. Bella has not ever really used her magic for much, small things to make her life easier, But not like other witches. so on her 30th she just persuade a council of witches to let her keep her powers, and prove she has not wasted them. She has to now pass some tasks to prove this and another witch must guide her. This is a story of magic and wonder, but it is also about accepting yourself and trying to understand yourself. I fell in love with Wood's writing and she is already and auto-buy author for me!

This is the book equivalent of a warm blanket, exciting enough to keep you reading through the night. This should be required reading for anyone in their late twenties wondering what to do with their life. I would add that the cover of the book is perhaps a little misleading: the romance is far from being the main plotline, and it is rather a cozy, coming-of-age fantasy with a decent amount of thrill - if you've liked 'Legends and Lattes', this is the next book for you!

One of my most anticipated books for the season and I am so happy I preordered this edition. It is everything I needed from a cosy magic filled book. I laughed, I cried and couldn't put it down. If you're a fan of A Secret Society Of Irregular Witches, Charmed and Gilmore Girls then this is the perfect book for you. Cosy autumn vibes, perfect for getting snuggled under a blanket with a mug of tea on a rainy September day. Highly, highly recommend!
