Oh what a joy to read! As it says on the book it takes Steel Magnolias and The Help and adds a final dash of Southern style magic to make a brilliantly fresh, funny and ever so sweet novel about a girl who's life is changed by the death of her mother and introduction of the wonderful Great Aunt Tootie. I cried at the beginning and laughed my head off at the end, with a massive splodge of heart warming int he middle. Loved it!!!
