This book was not what I was expecting as it tells various stories, not just about Izzy the abandoned Border Collie, In fact, there is maybe more about Elvis the cow and the donkeys than there is about Izzy! The title and blurb were a little misleading, but I still found this book very enjoyable. There are a couple of chapters I really enjoyed including stories about a therapy dog for an elderly womand a visit from the 'quiet group'. It was also interestng to read about life on an American farm, which is not as relaxing as you may think!
