“Savour”
(Hardback)
This is one of the most impressively well thought out cookery books you could ever purchase. The level of planning that's gone into it is amazing and sets it apart from all but a handful of titles you'll find in the entire genre. The book is divided into 20 chapters, all of which give the reader an idea of what to expect before you've even turned the page. Inside this remarkable book you'll find Slurp, Cleave, Immigrant, Spread, Sizzle, Nurture and Vintage and by the time you get to the end, you've been spolied for choice at the delightful sense of creativity and the quality of the recipes to cook from. Another example of a cookery book doing all it can to blur the lines between Art and Food but this time, it's even more impressive than usual. A book to buy two copies of, one for you and one for the person you know who will love it even more than you do.
