Really really amazing book, have to concentrate to keep up with all the different characters and their lives but once you start reading really hard to put down. Loved it!
“Second Chance”
(Paperback)
After having read and enoyed 'Life swap' i was looking forward to this novel but i was extremely disappointed. What a complete and utter waste of paper! Time consuming rubbish that is so predicatable you don't even need to read the book to know what happens. And as if that isn't enough i felt cheated when Jane Green tries to round off the ending in just a mere few pages- rushing to tell us how the characters lives end up and how they are now (surprise surprise) happy.I felt that Jane Green unfairly played on my emotions when reading this book by using the death of Tom as the only element of depth that she could offer. I did find tears welling in my eyes at some parts- usually the in your face clichéd parts though.Overrall i wouldn't jump for joy recommending this book to anyone who asks.x
