Title misleading was it. The novel like all of the Lawrence Block ones I have read has a few main characters and the novel revolves around them. For me this makes the book an enjoyable read. The story is about an ad-man who hooks up with his old college sweetheart, who now makes a living as a prostitute and his remininsces about his life.
