Reviews: Slender Man (3)
“Damn… okay”
(Paperback)
I picked this up as I wanted to grow my horror book collection and this is the first book in years I’ve found nearly impossible put down. As someone who isn’t the fastest reader in the world and usually gets bored quickly, I finished this in 3 sittings. The way it’s written is something really original and new to me and then at the end wanting to find out if there is a continuation or another book by the author to find out it’s an anonymous author really adds to the creepiness and horror of the story. Couldn’t recommend more!
“This book gave me chills but I couldn't put it down.”
(Paperback)
I really enjoyed this book. It gave me the creeps, but in a good way. I think I enjoyed the way it was set out with emails, dairy entries, and audio transcripts. It gave a great insight to the MC and how his fele9ngs changed as thw book went on.
I would recommend this to a horror fan and also say that it is nothing like the film, this takes on a whole role of its own.
“Down right creepy”
(Hardback)
This is a story like no other. The disappearance of Lauren Bailey, told through journals, statements and messages weaves a really creepy tale.
This book gave me genuine nightmares! Well worth the read.
