I feel like this book was missing something to make it a great read for me. The constant back and forth made it a bit difficult to keep my interest and I wasn't a big fan of the ending. The concept of the story was great and I did like the relationships that formed between the three main characters. I am just now realizing that these characters are part of a bigger cast from the author's other novels and maybe that is the piece I'm missing. Still a good read but does end on somewhat of a cliffhanger so you'll want to read the next one right away. The audiobook narration was done well by June DeBorahae, J. River Pierce and Liam Dicosimo.
