“Delicious Soups”
(Hardback)
My husband is ex-chef and used to work for the IVY in London. He made up batches of the squash, and the tomato soups from this book and they're absolutely delicious. Highly recommended.

“A Soup for all Seasons”
(Hardback)
From hearty broths to showstopping starters, this gorgeously illustrated book features a huge range of soup recipes from around the world. All the recipes are easy to follow, and the ingredients are all readily available in your local supermarket. I can't recommend enough; it's already become a go-to cookbook in my household!
“My favourite soup cookbook”
(Hardback)
At times I'm in two minds about soup recipe books, because soup is pretty straightforward to make, and sometimes a lot of the joy is in not being too regimented about it. However, this is genuinely a really good recipe book. As well as some well-known classics, it has a brilliant selection of global recipes, and little touches to make your soup a little more special, like orange gremolata to garnish the chestnut and mushroom soup, or the eponymous pistou in soupe au pistou. The roasted carrot, harissa and chickpea soup with tahini yogurt is definitely a favourite.
With thanks to the publisher for a reading copy.
