Set in Edinburgh, this is book 8 in the DI Tony McLean series. DI McLean is in central Edinburgh when he witnesses a major incident. A truck driver loses control of his vehicle and as it ploughs into a crowd of people at a bus stop, it spills it's toxic load with disastrous consequences. This story is multi-layered and full of action. It held my attention from the first page to the last and was a good satisfying read. I have read several books in the DI McLean series but plan to search out those I have not and fill in the blanks.
