I would recommend this to those who have read Desperation as this is it's 'mirror novel'. It uses many of the same characters in a wildly different and interesting way (which reminded me slightly of a certain episode of the Twilight Zone). I don't want to say too much because I think it will spoil it but I would say read Desperation and then read this.
