I requested this book because both the cover and the subject matter appealed. I was not disappointed. The characters were believable and varied and the book moved at a comfortable pace. I hope that Peter will write more with these characters who were just like people you could meet on any given day in any UK town or city. A mystery man, a guy with a regular and safe job, military friends and concerned family friends with a bit of mystical eastern flavour sprinkled throughout. More please.

This a fast-paced thriller linked to a gruelling account of what can befall mentally damaged ex-servicemen who become homeless on the streets of London. There are also fascinating insights into the background of one of the victimised minorities in recent Middle East conflicts. Recommended.
