“Compelling writing that points the way forward”
(Paperback)
by Kayleigh Woods Harley
An Inconvenient Truth argues with extensive and compelling research that the existing capitalist structures of the world economy are incompatible with meaningful action against rising carbon emissions. The second half of the book goes to the heart of the fight against global warming, and Klein ends the book on a confessional yet optimistic note for the future. An absolute must-read for anyone who cares about the planet.

Regardless of what is said what may be causing Climate Change; the fact is, it is happening. This is a no nonsense approach to data and facts that presents arguments of what may be done if there were the will and Political Effort made to counter balance some of the major risks that are facing us. A sobering read it should really be essential for everyone of the current working aged generation.
“An Essential Read on Climate”
(Paperback)
by R Morris
I’ve never stuck so many post-its into a book before! This Changes Everything is packed with so many ideas, facts and arguments that all feel incredibly important and urgent, and I knew I’d want to refer back to them and quote them to friends and family as I read. Klein is such a good writer, and this is a wonderfully accessible read for anyone, whether they’re just starting out on the road of paying attention to climate change, or a seasoned climate activist who’s interested in the tangled web of how capitalism has led us to our current state of emergency. This book pulls no punches, and you might want to take a breather every so often, but it’s not without hope and positive action. If, for some reason, you were to only buy one book on the climate crisis, you should make it this one!
