Some nice and tasty soups to try. I always use the recipes as a great starter to tweak depending on taste and what ingredients I have. Love the chicken and sweetcorn and red pepper and tomato.

This book contains recipes for 100 soups, we've tried five of the more enticing soups and we wish we'd used the spent water from the dishwasher as it probably had more flavour. I found it a challenge even finding five soups to sample. There must be better soup books than this or is this why soup is slowly disappearing from menus around the country?
